Winter swim for opening of calligraphy & painting exhibition

At 10 am on January 16, Heilongjiang's first "Global Cup" calligraphy and
painting exhibit of ice and snow held its opening ceremony on Songjiang
River, Harbin. Hao Binyou, general secretary of Heilongjiang's consumer
association, presided over the ceremony. Local leaders as well as friends
from both home and abroad attended the ceremony.
