Real estate taxes a foregone conclusion

At the China Development Forum held yesterday, Xiao Jie, vice minister of
the Ministry of Finance, stated unequivocally that China's taxes and fees
on real estate holdings and transactions are too low. The country will
focus on reform of the real estate tax regime.
