NPC & CPPCC commemorative envelopes

In order to celebrate the third plenary sessions of the tenth National
People's Congress (NPC) and the tenth Chinese People's Political
Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Beijing Stamp specially printed two sets
of commemorative envelopes; they will be issued on March 3 and March 5
respectively. A commemorative envelop with a special Great Hall of the
People postmark is pictured.
